Qualifications (This is general and may be different for some rentals)

To qualify for a rental you need a minimum income of 30 x the monthly rent (example: 30 x $1000 monthly rent = $30,000 minimum yearly income. This can be combined with all applicants. Co-signers are also accepted in some situations). You will also need a minimum credit score of 650. 

Move-in cost

The typical move-in cost is 1st-month rent, 1 1/2 months' security deposit, and a broker fee equal to 1-month rent.

Paperwork

The typical paperwork needed: last 3 pay stubs, letter of employment, W2 & copy of ID. Please get your paperwork together ASAP because places rent very quickly and we need to be able to move forward immediately once we find something that you're interested in.
